Before joining WSR Insurance in 2020, she taught high school agriculture, strengthening her connection to the farming and ranching communities she now serves. A graduate of Chico State University with a degree in Agricultural Science, Melissa also holds Master’s degrees in Education and School Administration. She lives in Southern Oregon with her husband, Casey, and their two daughters, and remains active in agricultural youth organizations such as CattleWomen, 4-H, FFA, and the National High School Rodeo Association.
